To have a flexibly available retreat for optimal relaxation and inspiration, to combine access to a particularly beautiful spot on earth with an investment - many reasons speak for an ownership of a second home but very few can or want to afford it at the moment.

The barriers are simply too high: in addition to the low availability, the resulting sharp increase in price levels and the time-consuming maintenance, reports about abandoned communities outside the high seasons and the decay of the local culture are causing concerns.

The answer is provided by our current project: an object purchased proportionately by several parties with an included a maintenance service makes it easier to handle and increases usage throughout the year. A model that has already been successfully established abroad and is now also coming to us in Switzerland.
